the title of the thread isn't real helpful but im having this problem of when i type in the first letter of something im searching for on a search engine it will give me a drop down list of all the things i have searched that begin with that letter. does anyone know how to get rid of this? I have tried to clear my cookies but didn't work. Thanks for the help.

If it is IE, go to tools, internet options, then content. From there click autocomplete and then clear lists etc...

Someone's been searching for naughty stuff at work!
Note: Recently at my place of employment I was using my co-workers computer because he's on vacation and my monitor gave out. I went to do a search on Google and the drop down list popped up and you wouldn't believe the stuff he searched for! I can't even mention it here. I didn't say anything, but I'll never look at the guy the same again
