I am using Internet Explorer 6 and Outlook Express. For about the past week, links in email messages do not work. I click on them and sometimes nothing happens, and other times a blank IE screen comes up. I have to cut and paste the link into the browser address bar.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this? I have DirecTV DSL (NOT satellite) and have been having some connection problems also. I don't know if the two problems are related. Debbie |

Thanks
I'll bookmark that. After digging deep into the message archives last night, I found a suggestion to run "Repair Internet Explorer" from the Add/Remove Programs section of the Control Panel. That seemed to fix the problem with the links within emails.
I still may be having connection problems, though. What I'll probably have to do is unhook my router and hook one computer up to the DSL gateway, and then call DirecTV DSL tech support. They won't give support with a router in place, because they would rather that I paid an extra $10 a month for the additional computer. Debbie |
