.net passport problem

having this problem where i cant get into my microsft passport. I can get my hotmail fine but when i press the sign in button on the msn.com homepage it automatically logs in as a different user (another family member) how do i get rid of this? It won't let me sign out either. whenever i press signout it just gives me a blank white page and when i go back to msn.com, user is still signed in. I don't know what security feature got messed up here because i can check the users email and everything. any help appreciated. Thanks.

I use the free 2.6 version of ZA and don't have any problems like this. I have read some negative reviews of 3.0 Pro, I think they have tried to do too much.
