Do you have Twain001.Mtx file on your computer?
I don't know what it's for. I found this file in my windows temp folder and don't know what its' for. I looked it up online and one of the sites says it's a part of some worm. Check if you have this file on your pc. But don't execute it just in case.
Twain001.Mtx

There is the MTX virus, but the files TWAIN*.MTX and TWUNK*.MTX are legit.
These are valid Microsoft Office files. Once you scan your machine, these files are ok, and should remain on your hard drive. As a matter of fact, if you have Office and you try to delete them, they will recreate themselves on the next reboot, giving the appearance that your virus may have returned.
