designing and converting web pages

hi:

designed web pages using html langauge in notepad, what is a good html program, easy to learn, and does not take a year to read the manual.

hear dreamweaver, but do you need all the accessory program, with it, thanks.

If you know html already then try textpad (http://textpad.com). It's like notepad, but much better. I use it for everything I do (html, php...).
