Strange netstat connection

I keep seeing this connection whenever I do a netstat

TCP ******:4679 your.personal-opinions.net:6665

What is this and how do I get rid of it? I've ran programs like opt out and a few others to get rid of any spyware and nothing shows up.

Ok so what is it? I'm not running an Apache server OR Linux and this is what the web page says
