Kazaa and Norton internet security?
Does anybody know if Norton internet security 2002 calso blocks the non-child sites through Kazaa program?

The banners that show up in Kazaa (if that's what you're referring to) load with IE just like any other webpage, so yes it would block anything in those banners that met its criteria.
