Hotmail
has anyone noticed slow mail delivery with hotmail today? it seems like i send stuff off, and most of the time it gets there instantly, but it takes a while for others to get it. like, i sent a message to a friend, then like ten minutes later i sent another message to the same friend. my friend got the second message, then 20 minutes later got the first.
also, i've been getting reply notifications from pcmech saying that someone replied to my post, but it takes like 3 hours for the message to get delivered to me (the "postmark" for lack of a better term was dated for 10:30 on a message i just recieved).

Yes, Dok sent me an e-mail and it took almost 24 hours from the time that he sent it until the time that I got it.

I've been experiencing this issue for over two weeks now. I don't know if it has to do with what ISP you are sending to or what? But It is still an on-going issue here? Strange....

Microsoft will probably keep downgrading their services and hardware for Hotmail to force you to pay for an "upgraded" account.
