Front Page 2000 problems.

I've been using front page 2000 for awhile on my computer to send stuff to my Tripod site. Now, when I go to publish, it says that I need to contact the administrator and ask them if I can upload or publish. I'm the only one who uses the site. I've never ran into this problem before. I know I'm typing in the password and username correctly. Please help. Thanks.
