Angry Annoying Pop Up Error!!!

Does Anybody knows why i get this annoying message when i'm going through web pages sites..... it always pop up and says ------- " Run Time Error; Do you want to Debug ?? (Yes/No) ......does it have to do with any java add ons ?? Please Advise.

The popup stopper stops ad popups from loading up .. these are websites / webpages coded to "pop" "up" with ads.

The window described by bunnybuilder is an error message.
You can disable it by going to > Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > ADVANCED TAB
Browsing Section -
and check mark DISABLE SCRIPT DEBUGGING
and UNcheck mark DISPLAY A NOTIFICATION ABOUT EVERY SCRIPT ERROR
