Question

Have recently installed Zonealarm. Keep getting alerts with DNS numbers which are meaningless except for the ones I know eg myISP. Is there any site I can use to decipher these as I would like to know who has been knocking at the door.

Question zonealarm & net bios attacks

I run Zone Alarm and BlackIce. When I first signed up with Cable Internet through Cox Internet, I was getting at least 7 to 8 a night PcANywhere pings. Hounded the cable company enough so now I no longer get those (from the same IP address). Now, I have not changed anything on my settings, and I now get Net Bios attacks. 2 to 3 daily. They are from different IP addresses, but are all from cox-internet ip addresses. Also, when Zonealarm detects them, my system no longer receives information. I have to unplug the modem and let it reset to be able to receive again. Any suggestions?
