Just right click the image u wanna copy and select either 'copy image' or 'save image'

should work (i didnt think a setting has to be set to be able to copy/paste images)

copyright

Be aware that much artwork and copy on the Internet is copyrighted. You did not say but if you are copying and pasting from someone else's site just make sure you have permission.

Copy and paste of text and graphics has to be done separately. Edit select all for text, right click for artwork.

I wanted to make a copy of instructions showing how to do something with Nero. So it shows Nero's windows and it shows you what to do with it. I was able to copy text but not the windows.

Doesn't Opera have a File > Save feature like IE that lets you save the HTML page along with all the images?

Yes it does but again my intention was to copy and paste since I didn't wanted to print the whole page. I may have to just to it like you suggested. Thanks.

What are you doinf when you try to copy it, ctrl-c ?
If so try using Edit-copy

And what exactly are you trying to copy, if your trying to get both text and images then you could resort to a a screendump and paste it into mspaint

You could always do a screen print and make a bitmap of it in paint.

I am using the mouse selecting what I want and then I am copying and then I open Word and then I paste. It works when I use IE but not when I use Opera. It will not select the images. By images I mean the window image within the article in http page.

How do you do screendump, screenprint and then paint?

Charles, to do a screendump hit the 'Print Screen' key located next to scroll lock then open up paint and do ctrl-v

should paste in the picture of your screen

Ok, Opera may not be a good idea for this purpose though I still will keep it.

Try File - Save With Images As - and then open it in Word and edit it the way you want.
