Thumbs down cant seem to download anything!

ok I cant seem to download anything everytime i try it says something like the page is not aval. or cannot be found. i do have file download enabled in my internet options any help with this one guys?


windows xp home edition
cable modem

Not enough information to get a good fix on it but try these:

1. Check your Content Advisor settings. If it is enabled, check to see if downloads are permitted.

2. Err Msg: Internet Explorer Could Not Download ... [Q196505]
