emailing scanned file
When I email a scanned page using Pagis software and reformated from xif to jpeg file it expands at the other end into very large text. What is the correct format to email this stuff.

Try saving the file to disk and then attaching it using your regular email software (Eudora, Pegasus or Outlook Express etc); and see if it makes a difference. One of the email clients (either yours or the one at the other end), isnt encoding the attachment correctly.

Thanks Statica, I will try that I was under the impression that you had to have pagis software to open a xif file.

Save it as a .jpg if you have that option.
