I would appreciate it if some of you that are using browsers other than IE 6.xx and NETSCAPE 4.xx would take a look at a web site that I am working on and tell me if the side menu bar is working properly in their browser. I am looking for information on Mozilla, Opera, Netscape 6.xx etc.
Here is the link and I thank you in advance for the information http://home.primus.ca/~branch94

Why not download these browsers, if you are into webpage devolopment; so you can view exactly what your content looks like from that respective browser? Aren't most; if not all of them free? I understand that it would be difficult with a newer version of a browser such as Netscape....I mean multiple versions cannot reside on any one PC, I would think. But multiple browsers are a common tool for web page developers. Isn't that right?

I tried Mozilla on my Linux box and it seemed to work fine.

I checked it with IE 6, Netscape 6 and 4. All worked fine. If you do a lot of web development it's always nice to have a nice assorted array of browsers.

I thank you all for your input.
AlwaysUp: Yes I usually do have all of the browsers installed for testing sites, but I recently reformatted my PC and re-installed my software. I did not have time to download all of the browsers and the folks that I do the web site for were in a hurry to get the site back online. Once again, thank you all |
