Shouldn't be any problems. ZoneAlarm is a firewall, NAV is an anti-virus program; they do different things.

Yes, both work well together. Make sure that if you enable NAV's email protection, you allow Norton's anti-virus utilities to connect on the Zone Alarm console, or you won't be able to receive your email.

I have ZoneAlarm and NA2002 installed and works fine. However I had installed ZoneAlarm Pro at one point, which ended up screwing everything up. It would randomly route incomming port requests to random ports on my PC. Like if somebody wanted to access my FTP (21), ZA Pro would say somebody is trying to access port 2357 on your PC. So I would stick with the free version of ZoneAlarm rather than the full. The free one is just as good and straight to the point.
