lost email
I have lost some information that was given me by email which I inadvertantly deleted also got info by msn messenger but that has now gone when I shut down is there any way I can try to retrieve either the email or the message,I did get the email up once but it was all in ms dos and I could not translate this any help would be appreciated

What kind of e-mail do you have? Is it a hotmail account or do you use a program like Outlook Express to connect to your e-mail server?

In hotmail you have to delete a message twice before it will be completely deleted. Did you also delete the message from the trash can? If so, then I'm afraid that your message is gone.
