Domain name transfer

Hi everybody,
I'm taking over a clients web site (actually built a new one). They are registered and hosted at network solutions, and I need to know how I transfer their account over to PowWeb? The network solution form looks complicated, and I'm not sure what to do. Here's the form:

I know this is the client info

This is the part I'm really confused on. Does the PowWeb DNS numbers go here?

I think I can figure out the billing, administrative, and technical contact info, but the rest has me rather confused. Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes, the new host's DNS information goes where you suggested in bold . You have to list a primary and secondary DNS server, the additional ones are optional.

The rest is pretty self explanatory.

You actually said domain name transfer... if you mean to transfer the site and domain name registration both it'll take a lot of argument with NS if you try to do it on your own with the domain name. Changing DNS info they won't balk at a bit, it's easy as xayd says. But domain name is another ball of wax with Network Solutions.

If you do indeed mean domain name and not just a DNS change contact Powweb about the domain name transfer. NS responds better to the new registrar than they do to an individual.

And you best hope you are listed in some capacity on the form with NS. Took me six months to get a client transferred from NS to my bulk register account last year. He had been abandoned by his previous site person who was still listed on the information.

Sorry if I'm confused about what you're asking but your note said domain name transfer and that's not the same as DNS changes.
