Angry Fire IE annoying feature

Is there a way to make all the browser windows to open maximized always? Everytime I open a new one IE opens them the way it wants (not maximized) and not the way I like! And this happens with all versions of IE.

TIA

Thanks!

BTW that worked when I click on the IE shortcut, but when I click on a link or choose to "open it in a new window", IE stills open it not-maximized.

NK,
I didn't read the link about resizing so I may be repeating it.
When you open the new window and its not maximized, have you tried stretching the window to fit and then exiting IE? Then start IE again and see if the windows, all of them, open maximized.

Open up the window, resize it by dragging the edges horizontally and vertically, hold down the shift key and close the window.

mairving,
Thanks for an even easier way. The shift key is quick and easy.
