Does anyone knows of a good Free web hitter counter. Which tracks all vistors, repeats, referrals and length of time on your site.

You want to get awstats from http://www.sourceforge.net - if you have access to your log files. A normal counter won't do the job. awstats is very reliable and easy to install and to configure.
