network utilization
ok under win task manager in xp where it says network utilization should that be a high or low % because i never hit over maybe .22%. Im using win xp and cable isp
sys specs PII 400MHz 320MB ram 40gig hd |

Unless you're download files, it should be that low. When I load web pages it barely goes over 0.2% most of the time.

Network utilization is just how much "traffic" is running through your connection. So like DrZaius said, if you're downloading files, then thats more data being transfered, hence an increase in your network traffic.
