I think this should be in Internet/WWW but whatever

Go up to Tools> Accounts> New> and choose Mail. It will guide you through the process for setting up Outlook to retreive your Yahoo Mail.

the POP mail feature with Yahoo is not free anymore just they're webased mail. It costs me about $20.00 (US) per year to use they're POP service. If you paid and need help please repost. I hope this answers your question.

Since this question popped up, I'm just curious, how would you set up outlook express to recieve mail from 2 accounts simultaneously?

force_flow2002: In OE, you just go to the tools menu->accounts->mail tab-Add button->add mail.
