Attachments on Outlook Express 5.5

Hi, My wait is over ! Just got cable access a few weeks
ago. Goodbye AOL. My question is on mail that is being
forwarded to me from my AOL freinds to my Outlook Express
account. They all come as an attachment which I have to
open to read. In some cases I have to keep opening an
attachment several times until I get to the original sender
to see the message. Very frustrating. Is there something
that I can do on my OE account to fix this ? Any mail that
is sent directly to me from AOL freinds is OK.

Nope. It's not just Outlook Express that does this - same thing happens here with Pegasus. It's the rotten AOL mailer that makes *each* forward a new attachment.
