Thumbs up ftp client

Hey, can anyone recommend a good FTP client? Perhaps a shareware/freeware one and a regular one? I've been screwing around trying to find one but can't seem to locate anything half decent.

TIA

I've used WS_FTP, which has a pro and a try before you buy version. It's always worked well for me. You can get a list with ratings at www.download.com or http://cws.internet.com/ftp.html
