MSN Music
I went to MSN Music and wanted to watch a video of an artist. When I clicked "watch video" a pop up screen came up and just stayed blank. Is there a setting to make this work. I have WMP9 installed, is that my problem?

You didn't mention your OS.
I had the same problem with a Win ME system. I didn't fix it, but when I did a clean reinstall with XP it went away. I realize this isn't very helpful, but just wanted you to know that your problem isn't isolated. HT |
