Web Forms
Could someone direct me to a good web inquiry form for customers to my website to fill out and click submit. and then it is sent to my email address all nicely formatted. CGI is supported by my host.

I found out that my web host already has a generic form all set up i just had to modify it to my liking and it is working great.
