What's your opinion on this product? Is it any better than Yahoo! messenger? I was thinking about switching over, but only if it's got some advantages.

I use ICQ, though I am thinking of giving Trillian a try. I pretty much use ICQ because I've been using it for four years and I see no need to change. It works just fine.
