change text size of internet explorer

How do you change the size of the text and stuff in internet explorer. I seem to remember it having to do with the scroll button the mouse and some button on the keyboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hold down Ctrl key and scroll your mouse wheel.

To change it permanently, open IE, go to View, Text size...
