If someone else wants to address this, have at it. I won't be a party to someone violating their ISP's terms of service. Sorry. @Home is pretty anal about servers.

Well you can pretent that you never found out. Theres a guide on pcmech about running your own server, it says how to run and ftp and web server i think.
