What to use? Designing Nav Buttons

What does everyone rec for designing your own web buttons for use with dreamweaver mx?

I am kind of not into using buttons now but when I do them I use Photoshop.

I use the buttons Dreamweaver can create themself sometimes for web sites that I make for customers. Some customers rather have buttons than links - and the flash buttons do a good job.

Check out fireworks mx. You can create a picture of a website and buttons and stuff and dreamweaver will splice it up into a site and vwhalah!
