Question msn and my 56k modem

ok got msn and on my 56k modem just how is msn connection at 115.2 kbp.and will that hurt any any thing by connection at that speed.

That speed should be between your pc and the modem. FCC limits modem or dialup speed at 53,000

You need to get the right modem driver, it's reporting port speed instead of true connect speed.

What OS and what model modem?

os is xp modem is a intel 536ep v.92

it doesnt mean your downloading at 115kbs its just a string trick, theres no difference in performace.
