Internet Explorer error
Sitting at a system right now that whenever I go to any web page, I get an error when the page is done loading that says;
RUNDLL32 has caused an error in reset your computer bla bla bla. I click OK and everything is fine until I go to another web page. Sometimes, after that error, I get; RUNDLL32 has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL Again, clicking OK, and everything is fine untill I go to another web page. I have tried re-installing IE and tried re-installing ME over top of the existing installation. This only appears to happen in IE. I have done a virus scan with both Norton and http://housecall.antivirus.com . I have done a spyware scan with Ad-Aware and all uncessary startup items have been removed. A known good stick of RAM was tried in place of the existing RAM. Any other ideas?

HAL,
it could be a faulty IE..Did you try updating to the latest version and see if that is the fix? |

Never had a prob using Ad-Aware tho... has always cleaned things up just fine and I use it in the shop all the time. Seems tho that Spybot is a bit more effective and I may switch.
