Question Why wont the new window open?

I am running windows me with IE6.
I can connect on to the internet and I can connect to most web pages.
The problem I am having is when I go into say a web site that then creates a new window (usualy to enter some kind of password or details) the extra window remains blank. Its as if it cannot open popup windows.
Any ideas as this is driving me mad!

It seems to happen more to people using IE. Rebooting your system fixes it most of the time.

Could be the updated needed, check for windows updates, that helped my Winme sys, and could also be your security settings under internet options!
