FTP admin access

I'm setting up a test FTP site.

I have anonymous as well as password enabled via the domain.

I do not have write access enabled on the site as i don't want just anybody placing information or deleting.

When i enter the site using username@ftp.site.com as administrator i still cannot delete any information

Please advice

Thanks

I think you need write access to delete information.

Is there no way to allow just the admins to delete or upload info?
Once write is enabled, i can delete or upload as admin logged on or anonymous browser.

I guess i can just create another folder for uploading and only give access to specific IP addresses.

Hmmm, "write" should be just that, not delete, or change, just write, as in add to.
My ftp server has read, write, delete, and append options.
