Please Help me with e-mail problem

When attempting to send or receive e-mails in Outlook Express 6 I get the following messages -


The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.vestedbb.com', Server: 'mail.vestedbb.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.vestedbb.com', Server: 'mail.vestedbb.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

My computer is running Windows XP, on a LAN (another comp in the LAN is having the same problem, actually). Please, any advice would be appreciated.

I'm guessing that "vestedbb.com" is your Web host - but you are using someone else for your ISP to connect to the Internet. If this is the case, your ISP is blocking those ports as a spam relay prevention measure.
