Should I accept this or what!

I have been dealing with this prompt for a day now and it has finally started to irratate me. It keeps on popping up saying the certificate has expired. Is this something safe to install or should I stay away from it. I dont remember but it has a website that its coming from. Anyhow here is the prompt that comes up. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Well, either the sites SSL has expired or the date is wrong on your computer making it appear that the SSL is invalid.

When websites use SSL, they need a public encryption key so that the data you send to them will be encrypted. That encryption key is signed by a certificate authority, validating that the key belongs to the right person; i.e., the public encryption key you use at the amazon.com website really belongs to amazon.com.

Those certificates expire every once in a while, and it is up to the website to keep up to date with them. You should be able to see the details of the certificate to see when it expired. If it expired recently, that usually means that somebody at the website isn't doing their job to get it replaced. Not a big deal.
