Question

I'm using IE 5.5 and when I try to view frames that I or somebody else make locally they don't show or just some of them show. (I keep all files in same folder) I see frames OK on internet but not locally. Any Ideas?????????

Did you use the full path to your files or only the filename? If you used the full path then you must be connected to the internet to load the files.
