Outlook Express Letterhead

Is there a way of creating a letter heading type template for Outlook Express. I am aware that you can customize stationary with backgrounds etc but I am trying to emulate the letter headings I use in letters using Microsoft Word into my emails. So as to create a generic look to my communications.I have tried to copy and paste from word into my email but when I try to save it as stationary and use it the page appears blank.

I don't think so, but if you installed Outlook or Exchange you could use Word as your e-mail editor.
