Unhappy can't "Open In New Window" in IE 6

running IE 6, SP1, on Win2Kpro. I'm unable to get any link that opens a page in a new window to work, and I'm unable to right click > Open In New Window.

HELP!

Will a new window open if you hold down the shift key when clicking on a link or using the right-click menu? If so, you probably have a popup stopper running.

I too am having the same problem not being able to open any sites that require a new window to open. It is also causing problems with downloading, if the the site has to open a window. Turns out my wife downloaded a popup blocker that I thought I uninstalled, but I still have the problem. There are some popups that I like or are necessary. I tried to go to the software makers website, but there is no way to contact them. What do I do?
