can't see pics on msn address

Hi everyone

I have both a msn and a yahoo e mail address. When i receive pictures on msn, attached or right next to the text, I can't view or download them. At work however, I don't run into this problem, and my yahoo e mail works just fine at home and work. I run zone alarm on both computers, which takes that out of the question. Even when I shut zone alarm down it the pictures won't show. Any ideas? I'm also running norton antivirus, but thats about it.
