FTP Server through a Router with a Dynamic IP
Hi i want to know how i can make a FTP Server with a router using a Dynamic IP address, i have made my accout at DynDns.org, and that is fine, but i cant get my FTP server software to get the IP off my Router, even when i type it in! If anyone can help me. PLease let me know. I have AIM : sk8ersublime. or just post. Thank you all.

You need to forward the required ports in your router (usually port 21 and possibly more) to your LAN ip address, your LAN ip is not directly accessible from the Internet.

Tried it
I tried that, i need some steps or prehaps some software suggestions for this to happen. I dont know if my router isnt forwarding right or what. I am using the Linksys : Network Everywhere line 4 port DSL/Cable Router. If anyone has tried doing this with this router, please help me, and GLC if you can help me more, i would appreciate it. You helped me before with my GTA 3 problem. Thanks.
