Question PHP, CGI & MySQL

Is there any basic, newbie sites for learning about these for setting up a forum? Everywhere I go, it seems to be only for advanced users.

Hi force_flow2002,

Do you want to write your own forum software, or do you want to install a forum software package?

Most are generally not that hard to install and don't really require much knowledge beyond paths and such. If you want to edit the templates and do some custom mods that will require some skill.

Check with your host. Most do have these installed on their servers.
