Trying to save pictures through IE
This is very odd to me. I used to be able to, for as long as I can remember, be able to right click on a picture, and have the box pop up where to save, and it would only give the option to save as a jpg. Well now, every picture can only be saved as a bmp, and it gives me no option to save as jpg. I can just type filname.jpg, and it will open in say ACDSee fine, but if I try to edit it, in PS, it says a long error and won't let me open the file. Any ideas?

Clear your Cache (Tools/Internet Options/Delete Temporary Internet Files), close your browser. That usually fixes it.
