Cant get rid of these sites...

I have tried clearing cookies, tried clearing history, tried clearing temporary Internet files folder, installed and ran spybot...but when ever I go to type a web address and type "ww" I get a list of these sites that I visited like a month ago and its still there...why is this, and how can I clear them...after I type the rd w i get an empyty list, and then I can go on and do type a web address, but how do I get rid of this one list, should clear history get rid of them?

That is the only way I have been able to find to do it. I to would like to turn the thing off completely if possible.

Internet Explorer>tools>internet options>content>autocomplete
That will give you the option to clear the file and to disable autocomplete

hehe, thanks for the vote of support, but dont take anything I say literaly, I wasnt really downing myself, I was just marveling at the fact that it was right there, right infront of me, and because I never take the time to read things through thoroughly I always end up missing an obvious answer, I have to learn to slow down
