Here's an article I found over at sitepoint that shows you how to hide email addresses on your webpage so most spiders can't find them. Result? Less spam.

When I started working where I am at now, they had everyone's email address on their website. After getting close to 200 viruses, send on one weekend, I removed the email addresses and used a little PHP form. Now I get maybe 5 or 6 a week.
