isp

hello
i have a small business and it is in a complex of about 10 warehouses,i phoned for adsl hookup, but was told it is not available, and to not hold my breath because it is years away.my question is there is a huge complex across the street, with big name companies. Now i know they would have to have a proper isp ,what kind of options is there,if the top gun cant provide service is there a difference in dial ups,im using dial up and it stinks.im going to go to the other complex and find out who they use ,but i dont want to look like an idiot.i guess im looking for alternatives ,and there is no cable hookup ,so i cant use cable.what about wireless what is it like,is it expensive.just frustrated with dial up

Big companies usually have a T1 line or bigger. This is dedicated service, here in the US a T1 line runs about $800 a month.

Wireless may be an option if you have a local ISP that will do local area fixed wireless to a business, but you will need your landlord's permission to put an antenna on the building. Satellite service is pretty bad.
