Accessing Playsite

My daughter's system has been displaying this error message whenever we try to access the Tangleword Lobby of Playsite: not enough memory available to open game window . She has a HP ba810 with ?shared? video and ram (64M would show as 56M with 8M allocated to video).
I installed an additional 128M and increased the video allocation to the max of 16M. The error message is still showing. Is this an internet setting issue rather than a hardware issue?
Thanks,

The only thing I could find on that specifically is a thread in another forum - here's the link, you have to get it out of the Google cache if you don't register for the forum.

This guy was running WinXP and he had to do a system restore to fix it, never could figure out what was causing it specifically. So, it's not a hardware issue - it's a Windows or related issue.

Was playing around the other day (I don't like giving up) and ran across the solution to my daughter's problem. Don't know if it is specific to her or not, but thought I'd pass it on.

Her system uses Win98: Online I went into 'tools', then 'privacy', then 'edit'. This takes you to a screen where you can enter sites you want to block or allow no matter what you've set your security for. I typed in playsite's address, clicked 'allow' and she now has access.

Hope this helps somewhere down the road.
Thanks
Andrea
