...force AIM to stop loading along with OE everytime I open it?
It's the kind of thing that made me hate MSM!! I prefer Trillian, I only downloaded AIM to be able to chat with my GF using the mike, since Trillian doesn't have that feature. Help!!

Great Question Krusader!!! cause I have turned mine off in msconfig and lasts 3 or 4 restarts then reappears on its own????? any Ideas???

OE, options - general.
Uncheck "Automatically log on to AOL Instant Messenger". Heh - I just noticed that my OE contact list has my AIM buddy list in it too. Fixed that in AIM by going to Prefs, sign on/off, and unchecking "Make AIM my default instant messenging program". Looks like the AOL/M$ wars are still going. |

The first option was already unchecked.
But the second tip did the trick. Thanx.
