transferring files

Hello again. How do I save and transfer my FAVORITES, EMAIL ADDRESES, EMAIL itself, from my old computer (this one) to my NEW P4 computer build?

hello....my email is Microsoft Outlook Express, browser is IE vers. 5.5.
My new pc browser is IE vers. 6 I think. I am running Xp home edition and not sure what the email program is.

Have you tried the import / export tool, and save them to a floppy or other media.
