Email replication

I wasnt sure where to put this thread I hope it is happy here. Recently all of my emails have been coming through to me copied 2 or 3 times and I cant understand why. The only real change to my network is the addition of a DSL-504 ADSL router which now acts as a firewall. Emails are cached on a server behind the firewall from which I download them and I have two mail accounts which I read with outlook 2000 on my desktop, personal and work. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I have enough spam to delete anyway without my emails replicating themselves!!

There was an issue with Outlook Express doing this a couple of months ago. I didnt think it applied to Outlook but it would worth searching up and see if it applies.

I am about as heavy an Outlook user as I know of and I haven't had the problem but I have stuck with Outlook 2000 like you have. Have installed all of the Service Packs? There are three now.
